We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sole Bliss purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original designer box and secure it inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
